Payment rules (binding notices)
- Review fees first: You must independently review fees, tariffs, and terms of the chosen payment system before paying.
- Customer bears all costs: All commissions, transaction fees, exchange/conversion costs and related expenses are paid by the customer.
- All payment-related risks are on the customer.
- Method availability: Some products may be payable only using a single method determined by the Seller.
- No credit card receipts: We do not issue credit card receipts due to payment system specifics.
- Possible taxes/charges: Some methods may include taxes or mandatory provider fees.
- Identity verification: After payment, we may request identity verification (phone, messaging, etc.). If not completed, payment may be delayed, held, rejected, or canceled.
- If unsure — contact us: If you are uncertain about the payment method, contact us for consultation before paying.
- Provider delays: We are not responsible for delays/restrictions imposed by banks, providers, or networks.
No refunds / deposit credit policy:
- We do not return payments, including mistaken/incorrect payments.
- We operate as an intermediary placing orders with manufacturers and are not a direct seller with guaranteed refunds.
- Refunds are not automatic; each case is reviewed considering risk factors and customer arguments.
- Based on review, we may credit funds to your wallet/deposit balance or return funds at our discretion.
- Wallet/deposit funds are for future purchases only and are non-withdrawable.
Anti-fraud / disputes / chargebacks:
- We may decline, suspend, or cancel any payment flagged as suspicious or high-risk.
- Third-party payments or unauthorized instruments may be rejected.
- Chargebacks/disputes: the customer is responsible for related fees, penalties, and losses.
- Crypto payments are final after confirmation; wrong address/network and network fees are the customer’s responsibility.
- Payment methods may be added/restricted/removed without notice; abuse may result in account restriction.
Source of funds / seizures:
- We do not verify and are not responsible for the legality or origin of funds used for payments.
- We bear no liability for funds obtained via fraud, criminal activity, money laundering, or illegal schemes.
- We are not responsible for funds frozen/seized/blocked by banks, providers, governments, or authorities.
- If funds are blocked/seized, we are not obligated to compensate, refund, or credit such funds.
We do not describe the step-by-step purchase/payment flow here because it is intended to be intuitive for end users.
Corporate clients: special payment conditions apply and are provided individually upon request.

お支払いルール（重要事項）
- 手数料の事前確認：決済前に、各決済サービスの手数料・料金体系・利用条件を必ずご自身でご確認ください。
- 費用負担：決済手数料、為替差損、換算コスト等の一切はお客様負担であり、当社（販売者／仲介者）に転嫁されません。
- 決済に関するリスクはお客様負担となります。
- 支払い方法の制限：一部の商品は販売者が指定した単一の決済方法のみ利用可能な場合があります。
- カード領収書なし：当社決済システムの仕様上、クレジットカード決済の領収書は発行しておりません。
- 税金・追加費用：一部の決済方法には、決済事業者が課す税金や必須手数料が含まれる場合があります。
- 本人確認：決済後、取引確認のために電話・メッセージ等による本人確認をお願いする場合があります。確認が完了しない場合、処理遅延、保留、拒否、キャンセルとなる場合があります。
- 不明点がある場合：支払い方法に不安がある場合は、決済前に必ず当社へご相談ください。
- 外部機関による遅延：銀行・決済事業者・ネットワークによる遅延や制限について当社は責任を負いません。
返金不可／デポジット加算：
- 誤決済を含め、当社では原則として返金は行っておりません。
- 当社は仲介者としてメーカーへ発注を行い、返金保証を行う販売者ではありません。
- 返金は自動ではなく、リスク要因とお客様の主張を考慮し個別に判断します。
- 判断の結果、ウォレット（デポジット）加算または当社裁量で返金対応となる場合があります。
- デポジットは将来の購入にのみ利用可能で、現金としての払い戻し／引き出しはできません。
不正対策／異議申し立て：
- 不正・ハイリスクと判断した場合、当社は支払いの拒否・保留・キャンセルを行う権利を有します。
- 第三者支払い・本人以外名義等は拒否される場合があります。
- チャージバック／異議申し立てが発生した場合、関連手数料・罰金・損失はお客様負担です。
- 暗号資産は承認後に最終確定。誤アドレス／誤ネットワーク／手数料はお客様責任です。
- 支払い方法は予告なく追加・制限・削除される場合があり、不正利用があればアカウント制限となる場合があります。
資金の出所／差押え：
- 当社は資金の合法性・出所を確認せず、責任を負いません。
- 犯罪収益、詐欺、マネーロンダリング等の違法資金について当社は一切の責任を負いません。
- 政府機関・法執行機関・銀行等により凍結／差押え／没収／ブロックされた支払いについて責任を負いません。
- 差押え等が発生した場合、当社は補償・返金・デポジット加算の義務を負いません。
本ページでは購入／支払い手順の詳細説明は行いません（一般的に直感的で明確であるため）。
