Shipping & Delivery terms
配送条件（FOB / CIF）
Choose control (FOB) or convenience (CIF).
FOB（自社手配）かCIF（お任せ）を選べます。
We deliver the vehicle to the Japanese port and load it on the vessel. After loading, ocean freight, marine insurance, and onward logistics are arranged by you.
- Best for: buyers with their own forwarder or negotiated freight.
- You handle: ocean freight + insurance + destination-side coordination.
- Good to know: usually lower upfront total, but more coordination work.
日本側の港で船積みまで当社が対応。船に載った後の海上運賃・保険・到着側の手配はお客様対応です。
- おすすめ: フォワーダー/運賃ルートをお持ちの方。
- お客様対応: 海上運賃＋保険＋到着側調整。
- ポイント: 合計は抑えやすい反面、段取りは増えます。
RoRo is ideal for single vehicles. Containers often make sense for multiple units and extra protection.
1台ならRoRoが手軽。複数台ならコンテナが有利なケースも多く、保護面でも安心です。
We arrange ocean freight and marine insurance to your destination port and include it in the total. Carrier/route is selected based on availability and schedule.
- Includes: ocean freight + marine insurance + loading-related port handling.
- Not included: import clearance/taxes in your country.
- Best for: first-time importers and anyone who wants simplicity.
海上運賃と海上保険を当社が手配し、到着港までの費用として合算します。 船会社/ルートは空き状況・日程を踏まえ選定します。
- 含まれるもの: 海上運賃＋海上保険＋船積み関連費用。
- 含まれないもの: 到着国での通関・税金。
- おすすめ: 初めての輸入、手間を減らしたい方。
- Deposit before bidding: ¥100,000 for purchases under ¥1,000,000, or 10% for vehicles over ¥1,000,000.
- If you don’t win: deposit returns minus bank transfer fee.
- Canceling a bid: request it at least 1 hour before auction time (earlier cutoffs may apply).
- Missed deadline: auction-related penalties may apply depending on venue rules.
- 入札前デポジット: 100万円未満は10万円、100万円以上は10%目安。
- 不落の場合: 振込手数料等を差し引いて返金。
- 入札キャンセル: 原則、開始1時間前まで（会場により締切が早い場合あり）。
- 締切後: 会場規定により費用が発生する場合があります。
- Example transit (RoRo): ~24–34 days (route dependent).
- Docs you’ll use: Bill of Lading, Invoice, Export/Deregistration docs + country-specific requirements.
- Note: import rules vary by country — we check feasibility before bidding.

CIF is “to destination port”. Local clearance/taxes are on the buyer side.

Which is cheaper: FOB or CIF?
FOBとCIF、どちらが安い？
FOB can look cheaper because freight/insurance are separate. The true total depends on your rates. FOB = control, CIF = convenience.
FOBは運賃・保険が別なので安く見えますが、最終は運賃次第。FOB=自由度、CIF=手間削減です。
Do you include import customs clearance?
到着国の通関も含まれる？
Destination-side import clearance (duties/taxes/registration) is handled in your country. We manage Japan export side and shipping.
到着国の通関（税金・登録等）は現地側手続きです。当社は日本側の輸出と船積みを担当します。
RoRo or Container — what should I pick?
RoRoとコンテナ、どちらを選ぶ？
Single vehicle: RoRo is simplest. Multiple units: containers may be efficient and safer. We propose the best option for your route.
1台ならRoRoが手軽。複数台ならコンテナが有利な場合も。航路に合わせて提案します。
What if I need to cancel a bid?
入札をキャンセルしたい
Cancellation must be requested before the deadline (typically 1 hour before). If missed, venue penalties may apply.
締切までにキャンセル申請が必要です（原則1時間前）。締切後は会場規定で費用が発生する場合があります。
